PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: Ecessa, a leader in affordable WAN link controllers for small-to-medium sized enterprises (SMEs), announced that SMEs can now use its PowerLink WAN link aggregation products with low-cost DSL and/or cable links to increase bandwidth capacity by more than 350 per cent with a significant improvement in network performance at the same or lower cost as they pay for a T1 line.

Japan to Push Technology for U.S. High-Speed Rail, Nikkei Says (Bloomberg) |
April 30 (Bloomberg) — Japan’s government will send a Transport Ministry official to promote shinkansen technology to the U.S. to have bullet trains used in a network of high-speed rail lines envisioned by President Barack Obama, Nikkei English News reported, without saying how it obtained the information.
